Kingfish asked: We have all heard about the two job search dilemmas: “Experience but no Degree” or “Degree but no Experience”
Well my problem is the second one “Degree but no Experience” I got my Business Administration degree when I was 24 (2001) and I am now about to turn 32. Three years ago, when I was searching really hard, I did land some interviews for decent jobs, and I even felt some of those interviews went well. But I still didn’t get the offers, and I am currently a baggage handler for a major airline.
If I want to leave my current job, how can I fix my “Degree but no Experience” dilemma?

I have gone to interviews for 2 jobs 1 as a ramp agent/baggage handler at an airport and the other at a grocery store (wegmans) as a cashier. The airport pays slightly more but it is farther than the other job is from my house. I dont know which job I should accept, please help!
